Interested in learning more about attracting pollinators to your garden? Join Marion County Master Gardeners for a Pollinator Symposium from 9 a.m.−4 p.m. Saturday, October 19 at the Scottish Rite Center, 4090 Commercial St. S.E. in Salem.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn which plants are best for pollinators.
- Get to know common bees of the Mid-Willamette Valley.
- Gain a better understanding of how to convert your garden to a pollinator-friendly landscape.
- Participate in a silent auction for gardening books, mason bee nest boxes, and more.
- Shop vendors selling fun pollinator-related goodies.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or at the door. Lunch is available for pre-order for $12.
