Looking for a Christmas tree?
The Pacific Northwest Christmas Tree Association has published an online guide that lists 36 U-cut tree farms in Oregon and 26 more in Washington state.
Some of the U-cut farms begin operation prior to the Thanksgiving weekend, while the majority open the first weekend after Thanksgiving.
Information provided on the online guide includes directions to the farms, operating hours, types of trees for sale, farm phone numbers and special attractions. Some of the farms have gift shops, cut greens, wreaths, tree decorations, Santa visits, sleigh or wagon rides, hot chocolate, coffee and/or candy canes.
